Chairman Whitehouse Announces Markup of Bipartisan REEF Act

Washington, D.C.—Senate Budget Committee Chairman Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) announced today that the Committee will hold a markup of the bipartisan Railroad Employee Equity and Fairness (REEF) Act on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 9:30 AM in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 608.  The legislation was introduced by Senator Deb Fischer (R-NE) with original co-sponsors Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN).
