Enzi statement on Senate vote to proceed on health care bill

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., made the following statement after the Senate voted on the motion to proceed to the Senate health care proposal:

“I have said from the beginning that we need to fix America’s health care system in order to help those struggling under the failures of Obamacare. The vote on the motion to proceed today provides us with an opportunity to do just that,” Enzi said. “Health care is not a simple issue, but no matter how difficult it is, we need to find a way forward. We should continue to strive to improve our health care system.”
